Alright, at my current summer job there's a secretary to the whole office complex who I think is interested, but I have no experience with older women in a romantic sense so I might be tripping. Since she's in somewhat close proximity I usually see her occasionally when passing through to get water, go to the bathroom etc. Recently I've noticed she's been holding very strong eye contact with me and asking a lot of questions , which I didn't really expect considering her coworkers rarely say hello and which I didn't really expect from an older secretary who I don't even work with. So with all that, how do I proceed?
