Rejection hurts. Has anyone gone through it and noticed their confidence drop to rock-bottom? I have. Hundreds of times.

Employers have rejected me.
Women have rejected me.
Family has rejected me.
Life has rejected me.

Over time, this would take a toll on me. I would only isolate myself further. You want to feel like you are worth something, but when the world rejects you, what do you do? I think I might have an answer, and maybe it's not the answer we all want to hear, but it's all I've got:

Keep trying and keep improving.

That's all we can do. Our confidence might be shattered from rejection, but if we keep trying and improve ourselves, there's a chance someone will accept us one day. If we stop trying, nothing will ever happen. We will only continue to be rejected.

If you need some real context on rejection, I did a full video about my personal stories of failure on YouTube, in case you might resonate with this. You'll be able to find it if you look in the right places :)

Does anyone else feel rejected in life right now? What bothers you about it?
