Biggest piece of advice, make an alternate profile that is more cool and interesting. Don't be afraid to show off in it and accentuate the best parts of you. add friends you party with, people who are good with others and your close friends. Once you meet people direct them to that Facebook and use it like a black book, you will get the most out of it that way because you will have planned all parts of your online game around that profile. Include convo starters in your info and pictures. This will also help isolate your personal life from your party life in case anything goes bad with a girl, she doesn't need to know all your real info. When you talk to girl don't use it to pick them up use it to learn about them and arrange dates, then use your gained knowledge to plan your game for the date. This will allow you to use Facebook for a major advantage and for you to make yourself different then the last 50 dudes she talked to.

In my experience Facebook helps your offline game, giving you social proof and gets a girl interested in you, if your Facebook demonstrates that you have a life, and I mean an interesting life.

After you meet someone new and you become FB friends, she'll see your social life, if there's interesting, she'll be more interested in you.

If there's nothing interesting in your Facebook timeline, chances are you are not very social and your life is not that interesting, you might want to change that, and /r/seduction can help you with that.

I do PoF, slept with 4 chicks this year off it, all 40+ (I'm mainly into cougars/milfs I'm 23 though), I just never got how people approach on facebook. My aim is 1 new chick a month from Pof, I'll get there, small bit of catching up, but that will happen, moving to a bigger city in 2 months :)

Here's how I see it: Anything that's not in-person interaction will either leave things the same or actually decrease attraction. It's great to stay in touch with people, but will rarely make them more attracted to you than they were when you were in person. Use anything that's not in person (FB, dating sites, texting) solely as a tool to move to in-person interactions, where you can actually increase attraction.

I've gotten a few girls off pof but its hit and miss in my area. Girls on there are pretty haggard looking. FB would be a gold mine with some work
