I know the general stigma behind picking up girls at work is a bit iffy, at best. However, I believe my case may be wildly different.

I work in a large restaurant. If you combine the kitchen and the front of the house, we have roughly 150 employees. Roughly half are female, and 75% are between the ages of 20-30.

Now, I know you guys are going "Well, you still have to work with them and see them everyday, so I'd still be careful" The thing is, I don't. I'm lucky enough to work in the kitchen, which despite being in the same building, rarely interacts with the servers/busboys/hostesses at all. I'll see them at the beginning and end of a shift as I'm clocking in/out, the few times they go into the kitchen and actually have time to talk, and the rare times I leave the kitchen. I see a lot of them as some of the servers also happen to be my best friends, and a lot I see outside of work as we all tend to frequent the same bars after work. (Not clubs. The clubs in my city unfortunately tend to be pretty damn awful) so I vaguely know pretty much everyone else out there. It's possible for me to go a whole day where they don't even know I'm there if I wanted to. So for a 23 year old former AFC, this place is a gold mine. It's almost like a second chance at high school . What advice would /seddit have in this situation?
