So I find myself in this situation a lot and I know it has something to do with fear of rejection but I'm not entirely sure. I was hoping a could get someone else's perspective and suggestion.

I find I have a dilemma when an attractive girl gets introduced to my friendship group by friends. Of course I would love to run game on her and I'm normally confident in doing so because I'm someone who doesn't care about rejection. However when it's a potential friend I get scared of rejection because essentially I will lose someone who could've been an awesome addition to my friendship group. Who wouldn't want a hot girl who is also very cool in their group of close friends right? (Would also give good social proof for other girls). But at the same time I want to act because it would be a really good catch! It becomes a pros and con's sort of situation and I normally end up playing very safe risk free game which I don't like and doesn't really work.

So does anyone have experience in the situation and can provide some insight and advice? Thanks seddit!
