Never volunteer info on it until asked is my motto....only exception is, if they are about to sleep with me and are starry eyed.
I'll just let them know "Just so you know, I'm not a committed relationship kind of person"
More honorable to say so before than after, just in case she had some crazy romance fantasy blossoming in her mind or something.
The reason I don't volunteer it is, I used to but would time disclosure wrong and say it too early in the set....fuck up the vibe, etc.
Maybe there is a better way to do it but I have no complaints about my current system

Thats about it, most girls get the hint you are seeing other people or otherwise nonmonogamous, bluntly stating that you have a girlfriend is a no no.
