I work on campus at a place that allows (requires) me to talk to customers for a couple minutes at every given interaction. That said, what are some good ways to use this to my advantage and practice. What are some good conversation starters besides "how's your day?" and "have any big plans today?". I'm mostly interestsd in just improving my ability to start and hold good conversation.
