Practising at raves?

Word of advise, it can be easy to game these chicks but don't get too attached if they choose to leave. Rave bae is an illusive creature that will disappear before you even know she's gone. Don't talk with your mouth but rather with your body language. Lastly, which took me time to learn, is that if she does leave and you feel down, it was never meant to be in the first place. Also, <3 DnB :)

Where is the rave?

A questions not answers - any suggestions for an un-practiced shy-guy to start conversations, especially when they've already shown some interest, but there's nothing obvious to talk about. (Ie a start if they're wearing something interesting, someone close by does something or a case where you can say, reasonably ask if they know who the DJ is, etc)

(Also from the UK and occasionally go to DnB events, occasional raves etc.)
