She works at the front desk of my apartment complex and is really cute. Not sure she's completely my type but I noticed her trying to make small talk and flirt. I just got out of a 5 year relationship 6 months ago so I'm still trying to regain my confidence. Been on one bumble date so far which was okay but I didn't feel like I was leading the date.

Idk why I'm not able to muster the courage to just ask her out. My mind goes blank every time she says something to me. Any tips to practice getting better at this? Wtf is wrong with me. I think this is pedestal mentality but I could be wrong. I hate being in this rut. It's right there I just feel unprepared to take it.
