I have developed a problem somehow in which I start doubting the thoughts that come into my mind. It has become such a reflex action that it happens automatically and fast and I don't even notice it when it happens. This problem is also only around people. When I am with people I can't be my self at all. I just stop accepting any thoughts that come to my own mind and just go with flow with whatever the people around me are upto. I mean also I realize while writing this now that this mostly happens when I am with girls. Shit. Yep with my guys I can be myself but when girls are around it gets shitty. I realize now, I mean I have never been in an even 5 minute one on one conversation with any girls I hang out with in grad school. I just mostly occasionally smile at them, give them some eye contact and make and laugh at the jokes in the group when there are girls around. With boys I can fuck around, make jokes, have tons of fun. But with girls its been the opposite. I behave entirely differently - become a passive member of the group. Strangely though, when I get sufficiently drunk I could be myself a whole lot better with girls, but then I am drunk enough to not be able to do really much about it. I once seduced the shit out of a girl I liked when I was drunk without really thinking or planning anything about it. It was all by just being my (drunk) self. Also, just to mention, if it is of any relevance, I am in India.

I have read the The Rational Male, Mark Manson, The TRP Sidebar and a lot of other material on the manosphere. I realize when I am alone that my behavior was total fucking pussy behaviour, but somehow these thoughts don't make it to my mind when I am in the situation, the automatic self-doubt ridden thought process system automatically ends them before they take shape in my mind.

Please help guys!
