When I am in a Walmart, I immediately think to myself "Target located" - and then plan a way to just casually walk by and make a joke.

I've been going out to bars and had zero success, I don't really like bars. Never feel comfortable in them + I don't drink.

But I have to tell you guys, it has taken me 2 months to actually feel comfortable to make small comments / conversation with a woman .

Nofap doesn't give you any game; it makes you magnetic to hot women, but it doesn't make you talk to them; in fact it can make it harder to talk to them; you have to be 100% in control of your emotions. I used to have better game and fap all the time.

Nofap just makes you attract higher caliber of women; also makes you calm and dominant and in control of the conversation more / loud.

Cant give up now, have to keep progressing. Of course, get rejected thousands of times on POF, but this time less because I open with a neg. Also IRL got rejected once but not really, just had bad vibes and girl seemed bitchy. no big deal.

Only have done really about 3-4 approached in the past 2 months, which were in the form of joke / small conversation. Yes, it's taking me FOREVER. I SUCK AT THIS!!!
