I'm finding that I'm having difficulty transitioning into being playful/lighthearted around women. I present myself as a pretty serious fellow who's always serious and cordial. When I present myself this way, women always give me the anime eyes and they take a very submissive tone when they talk to me. Very man to woman. However, when I smile, change subjects to lighthearted conversation, the girls I deal with lose interest! If I text them something serious like something about class, homework, a test, a chance in schedule, I have a 100% response rate within one hour. If I text them something dumb or funny, I get no responses most of the time. Like, they only see me as this serious guy, who isnt' sexualized. Same thing when I talk to them. When I'm serious around them, I can feel the female to male attraction, but when I start to push forward, they lose interest. Almost as if, "Oh he totally wants me, I won this game, NEXT!" When I present a lighthearted disposition at the get go, they go all ADD on me and don't remember my name 5 minutes after the interaction. i'd appreciate your guys' advice on the best way to go forward is.
