Hello, I am a newbie(M21, college-going slightly above average looking South Asian in my homeland) who currently is yet to have a relationship with a girl.

My problem is, that I manage to break into the comfort zone of the girls, to the point that they often tell me their personal stuff and feel comfortable in sharing their secrets. I do everything well upto that point, with occasional complements, teasing and stuff. But when it comes to taking it forward, I am unable to convert successfully, become desperate and am friendzoned.

My problem is, that I fail to create a successful reward or punishment mechanism to obtain their compliance. I don't know how to reward and fail to push further otherwise in fear since in my setting the girl can chose not to give a flying fuck if a guy passively punishes her and move to someone else. How can I get out of this mess?
