I've been following RSD for a few years now and tried to absorb what they teach and apply it in my interactions with women. However, I've noticed that much of what they teach is not really helpful, a lot is just dancing monkey stuff and entertainment for women, while you make a fool out of yourself. Of course, they also talk about being chill and not over-stepping but, at least for me, it is better to be just natural and not use any routines or fancy lines.

+I am also starting to doubt their credibility. I have most of their programs and a lot of the infields are just questionable. For example, the 2016 Tyler hotseat has many hours of infield analysis, where actually most infields are him just talking to girls on the street or doing fast interactions that would go nowhere with him making it up to be some super advanced game shit. Also, I think they have used the same infields in multiple programs, which leads me to think they aren't that good.

So, now that I'm start seeing that RSD has a lot of doubtful material I want to know guys what knowledge should I keep from them and what should I throw out my head and find a better PUA to learn from, and what PUA would you recommend?

Also, is night game worth it? Meaning, can you actually have many good interactions during the night and actually make game work? I have heard some people in PUA forums saying that pickup doesn't really work and is a waste of time. What do you guys think?
