Let her order and then tell her, "ill get your next one" if youre trying to be kinda hard to get without being an ass. Or tell her "first drink is on me, maybe the next one too if you're lucky (ha ha, smile)" type of a thing. either that, or buy all of them. edit- if you dont believe in something, dont go against yourself. its fake and it gives the wrong impression. Id say if youre willing to "man up" as you put it, and there is desire to treat her like a lady "by tradition" then go on and do it. but if you dont want to, TRULY, then just tell "Id feel better if we paid for ourselves while were still getting to know each other, Im sure youre very understanding of that."

All that matters is your intention. If you are paying for her just to try and get sex in return, you're going about it wrong. But in all seriousness, girls don't usually mind if you propose going dutch.

Make a comment on how she probably won't need a job in her life due to looks. Then when she says she has a job, condescending wonka: so you have a job do you? Guess your buying your own drinks
