Now normally I don't have a problem approaching women. But today there was a problem. I was walking in my school (community college) and saw the fine looking woman who was walking with her friend. So naturally I started making my way towards her, but the suddenly she became panicked/frustrated. I stopped dead in my tracks, I didn't even approach her. She backtracked off to somewhere and I didn't even make myself noticed.

Now my question is did I make a good call not to approach or did I just made an excuse not to when I still could?

TL;DR Girl became panicked so I didn't approach. Should I have done something different?
