[Question] Advice on being awkward.

Sometimes it's small things that make you seem awkward- maybe you say "um" or "uh" or pause too much when you're speaking, maybe you do little physical things like rubbing the back of your neck or your shoulder. It's also that you could just be saying things that people aren't used to- like whenever people would ask me how I'm doing, I would never say "good" or "great" like people expect- I'd say that I'm "adequate" or some other bs, and it sets people off on the wrong foot.

tl;dr: It's the little things you're not noticing.

Any examples? Because right now it's really hard to say anything. Sometimes I like awkward guys - it depends. You can be awkward in a cute or funny way or you can be really hard to spend time with awkward

If you control the frane of the interaction you can make things less awkward. And if you are not stuck in your head/un stifled that helps a lot.

I know I told you think about how the other person can respond, and don't be stuck in your head, that's kinda conflicting but you probably have only one problem or the other. Or if not just use common since on when you should think befor you speak and when you shoul just speak
