One problem can be nails. For condom use and fingering it is very important to keep them short.

Then storage. Carrying it just in your briefcase? Long exposure to bodyheat and the constant bending makes the latex weak. If you put it only for the night out in your briefcase and use you should be fine. Consider a business card holder, you can fit condoms in there and they won´t be bent anymore.

Apart from that, only bad luck like a mistake in the factory could lead to pregnancy then. And there are fertile and infertile days which you more or less can even spot.

Also, after finishing, throw the condom away and wash your hands as there might be sperm. if you then would touch her genitals, there might be a risk. Kissing after a blowjob and then going doen on her is no problem. You kind of have to consider a lot. But keep it safe and don´t become paranoid.
