Hey Seddit, lurking a while, finally a question:

I've got a friend who is best described as an AFC. Great guy, and helped me through some serious one-itis, drug me out to clubs, etc. However, he is less skilled at attracting the attention of women, and worse still at noticing when they're interested in him.

He convinced me to join him in salsa lessons over the last week or so, and it's been great. I've been doing my own thing, and he's noticed a HB7 that's his type, and who's shown some signs of interest in him... but unfortunately, seems to show way more in me. I'd already gotten the number of an HB9, and am not trying to add to that. How the hell can I casually deflect her interest in me in a way that might help out said friend?
