So last weekend I went out; first weekend back at college. Hit up a frat my friend had some buddies in. They were doing a blacklight party (awesome btw).

Ran into a girl I met towards the end of the last semester. She was having a good time, I was having a good time, kino, blah blah blah. Well this guy came up and said hi. Didn't care, didn't even phase me. I figured they knew each other.

So he askes her if she wanted to dance. She said sure, then handed me his drink, which she had been holding while he wrote on her shirt. I chatted with some buddies, kind of keeping an eye on her but not that huge of a deal.

Well, five minutes later I notice him taking her to the wall, where they start to make out. I now am a little bit pissed, but whatever. I figure I'll just go find some other person. So I go straight up to the two of them, mid makeout, and tap her on the shoulder. Both look "Here." I said, handing him his drink. "I'll see you later." I say.

Here's where something magical happened. As I'm walking away, she leaves him in the dust and comes back to me. Not sure how the hell it happened, but it did. Long story short, I k-closed, and probably could have f-closed but she was really drunk and A. didn't want to take advantage, and B. knew her roommate from HS and she would probably castrate me for doing anything.

Lesson learned: don't hold people's drinks.
