I came to this conclusion based on passed experiences and comparissons between what I considered good and bad behaviors from women and considerations about their innate personality traits. IN RELATIONSHIPS women can't understand the man's place in it or what should be going on. Man is supposed to give substance to it. In other life affairs, it is possible she understands what is going on, and can apply good heart to them. (If they don't recquire of them too much responsibility or intellect, otherwise they will just break down.) I think this explains why we so many times think they are dishonest and evil with us and make us confused.
