I usually go to teen clubs and approach with offering a hand to dance.

Ugh. Yeah. Don't do that. Unless you knew of a way to pull it off with the proper confidence, your body language is going to come off as if you're begging with this move.

I don't like the "grind from behind" approach either and can't think of a proper alternative.

Uh, how about approaching from the front?

1 Get out on the dance floor and enjoy yourself. (If you can't meet this requirement......if you don't enjoy dancing or the music in clubs, find a different place to meet women.)

2 Make eye contact with girls on the dance floor. Strong, obvious eye contact. (But feel free to be playful as you look around, it's not like you have to be Serious Joe or something.)

3 When a girl meets eye contact, you hold it. And note her reaction. Does she hold it back? Does she look away quickly? These two things (and HOW she does them) in addition to her body language, will give you a good impression of whether or not she finds you interesting.

4 If she finds you interesting, there are a few possibilities. You approach her, she approaches you, or you incite her to approach you. (This last option is really not something you should try unless you feel confident, but it can be done with some girls.)

5 When you're closer to her, dance to match her. Dancing is like a conversation: And one or both of you are going to see if you can keep up with each other and follow each other.

That pretty much covers a non-verbal approach you could be using. Personally, I find this kind of approach almost more exhilarating than any verbal approach because it strips away any reliance on word play and leaves you standing there with your inner game exposed by your body language. If you're not on, it won't fly. At all. Which means you'll be entering a school of hard knocks where the wrong behavior and body language will be weeded out by rejection.

I get a lot of attention and I have no idea when to interpret it as Attraction.

How about.....just interpreting it as attraction? :P Sooner or later you have to make a choice to accept the attention you get as positive instead of talking yourself out of believing in it all the time.

The hot girls are never dancing alone, only in a group of girls.

Not always, but in any case......

The problem here is, I have no idea how to approach at that point, while I'm holding eye contact with the one I desire, there's a girl in front of me showing me the back. I can't really just push her away...

There really isn't any problem. The girl you're making eye contact with is the only one of the pair who you're connecting with. You can't connect with an ass, as much as you'd like to.

So you shouldn't have to worry about having to push away a girl who's showing you her back. You should be focusing on the girl who was actually looking at you, not just mindlessly shoving her ass into any guy behind you.

That's why I prefer the hand offer technique even though it's setting me in the weaker spot, because it gives me the opportunity to 1to1 and I'm a badass in 1to1.

But that's just it: eye contact is one on one. The girl shoving her girl blindly into anyone behind her, is not up for consideration. Unless you would consider her equal to a girl who is looking you in the eyes.

The hand offer technique is often almost as creepy as approaching from behind and attaching yourself to a girl's ass. It's not a good habit to get into: for example, some guy kept trying to attach himself to a girl's ass.... a girl I was making out with. She was irritated that this guy wasn't paying attention to the fact that she wasn't interested. And how could he be aware of this? He wasn't even looking into her eyes.
