after 7 fake account experiments i'm 99% sure that the during first of creating your account it gets more visibility which turns in more probability of getting matches then it becomes stale. I think tinder does it to make people more hooked thanks to the dopamine recieved by the immediate matches which will increase number of people buying tinder gold. You should wait a week and see how many matches you have

If its your first time on tinder, your profile is shown to every women in you area. So its normal to get matches. Usually it will dry out, because most women already swiped on you, so you get less and less matches.

Also your location has a huge impact on your match count.

Your profile is boosted because you're new. I've deleted and recreated mine before and the same thing happens. After a day or so your matches will reduce down to near nothing.

If you don’t have matches, you should meet girls in person face to face. The hard truth is online dating is reserved for a small minority of men who are above average.

If you don’t get marches the reality check is you simply are not part of that minority and thus have to rely on social circle or cold approach.
