[REQUEST] - How do you guys mitigate the self hate that comes from being single?

This will sound harsh but you need a wake up call man.

If you hate yourself when single, you literally can't handle being in a relationship / won't be able to hold one.

If you hate yourself for being single then you are obviously not satisfied with how your life is playing out, and if you think the mere presence of a female in your life will change this you are wrong.

This will lead to your relationship comprising of you leeching all the positive energy out of her as she has to carry the relationship and since you add 0 value to it, she will leave, and you will feel even worse.

You gotta be satisfied with who you are first so that you can contribute something to a relationship - which ultimately is what she is looking for.

Get a hobby, change your lifestyle, move cities, learn a new skill etc. Figure out how to be happy for you and you will naturally find a partner in crime.

It only becomes painful if you don't keep yourself busy and all you do is think about being single.

And if you're single it's your fault for not doing something about it, but it's very fixable. You could literally not be single by tomorrow if you went out and did something about it such as approaching. I know it's hard to approach girls but your odds are much better than you would think if you just went out and did it.

Because your self hating yourself insert anything and it doesn't matter you'll replace it with something else. This mind frame doesn't go away by having a gf, you'll just replace it with something else. The key is to stop the inner voice in your head that tells you you're not enough.
