Okay, so I recently had a bumble date where, well, the pictures on the profile were misleading to say the least.

I felt defeated as I looked around at the pretty girls in the bar as I sat with my date. So, once the date ended, I decided to hit up another bar on my own.

This was the first time I ever went to a bar alone, so I felt proud about that, but I couldn't seem to open. I walked around so as not to be a wall-flower, but just ended up finishing my drink quickly and leaving.

I know the first advice would be to get friends to go out with -- the issue is I have friends, they just don't like going out or have families.

Basically, I suppose this is a post about assurance that if I put in the work going out alone, it will pay off. Anyone else have a similar situation when their friends just weren't the going out type and were forced to game solo?
