So there's this girl that just started working at my place. She's been working there for a while but she usually goes off to college in a different state so during those times she usually put her employment on hold. So I go to meet her recently while she was engaging in a conversation with some coworkers and I approached her and introduced myself and asked what her name was and she told me and also added that she liked the way I talked and carried myself that I was so "Suave". During the shift, she always tried to start up a random conversation to get me talking which I did reciprocate and I just took those signs as choosing signals.

Then one time after our shift, I met her while she was going home and asked that I would love to get her number just so that we can hang out some time and I could get to know her better than outside the workplace but to my surprise, she said she would love to just meet up as friends. I was shook as I thought she was choosing but that didn't break my frame. I didn't take her up on the offer of just meeting as friends. Some things happened in between but to cut the long story short we've been hanging out wayyy too many times and I don't see her as a friend. Although no sexual contact has been made I think she really does like me and I do her too. I really wanna make a move and escalate but I don't know what to do. Everything is telling me yess but I don't know if she's gonna like that because she's really shy. Any form of advice would be amazing. Thank y'all!
