What did you talk about over coffee? To be entirely honest, this is not a seddit question. Many here, myself included will tell you it is rarely what you are talking about, it is how you are talking about it. Now the topics need to be relevant, sure - but the more critical thing is to use good tonality and listen a lot.

I am a huge proponent of asking very open ended questions about things they like. Get her to talk about herself, because everyone loves to do this. Even better is if she catches it and apologizes - then you can neg and and she is qualifying herself to you.

Also, scrap dinner. It is burnt out and everyone does it (I've made this mistake too). Find something you are confident she will partially enjoy at a minimum, then (very much preferably in person), ask her. The thing is, you do not so much ask as her as you tell her. It is hard to explain but you should read up on text game to get an idea. "Hey XYZ, this ice skating rink just opened up downtown. Come skate with me, Saturday at 6". Be very confident about it, and if she flakes - well that sucks for her, you have other hot women to hang out with you. And believe me, even if they are not there now - they will get there.

Everyone talks. Give her something to have MEMORIES of. This is awesome for developing a LTR. You may not want to escalate as fast, but you need to convey that you are attracted to her. This lays an emotional and sexual attraction foundation down. If you just get the emotional part down, you are on a quick train to the friendzone. I did this probably 15 times at a minimum in full AFC status.

this is going to sound dickish, but just watch this video.

it may not seem applicable at first, watch the whole thing. at first you'll hate it, but soon you'll love it.

Treat the first 10 days of getting a girlfriend just like you'd treat any other punching of random kitten.

Need to set expectations from the start, then you can mellow out a little if that's your thing.

I have the opposite problem, sometimes I talk too much and bounce around too many subjects would like to talk about less but more important and profound topics.
