If you're attractive you probably don't have to do much. That being said, as a somewhat older guy I find it a huge turn on when a younger girl shows interest by making eye contact, touching my arm when she speaks to me, or acting like she wants to learn something from me. It strokes my ego I guess.

That’s a problem. Even though an older man might want to hang out with a younger woman, one that looks like a child is going to be a no go zone.

More seriously however, there are lots of older men who would get down on their knees and thank God if a younger women wanted a relationship with them. You can probably approach anyone you find who is single - and possibly some who aren't!
It's probably best to build up some sort of friendship first otherwise they may think you'r having a laugh or want to cause trouble for them. If you want anything more than a casual relationship though, you'll have to have a think about how such a relationship would work in the future. I'm able to make it work because I can work almost anywhere and even the idea of children doesn't bother me provided the younger partner realises she'll be the primary parent in terms of looking after them.
