This is a new account I plan on using only on Seddit. Not necessarily a throwaway though.

I'm not much of a PUA but not a serial monogamist either. I have been working at the same company for about a year. The first half my my time here I was able to do the new hire training in my department so I was able to meet every new hire they brought it. This was great because many of the new hires were young attractive entry level employees. Due to restructuring of my department my training responsibilities have been stripped which is a good thing because there is no real conflict of interest in starting a relationship with someone at work. My company actually supports interoffice relationships due to the amount of time we spend in the office and at networking/industry social events.

I have a particular co-worker I am really interested in. The thing is she just got out of a relationship that she has relocated to my city for (about 3 weeks ago). I grew up here so she has asked me restaurant and nightlife questions before. Last Friday we went out after work and she got hammered because she doesn't really drink too much. I didn't really hold it against her. The next day we go to a birthday party of a co worker together. Again, she was wasted and had to take a cab home early.

I just got word on Weds that our shifts are being changed and we happen to be working on a small team (7 people) together for an extended period of time. To be honest, I'm actually a bit excited about it. I just have no idea how to make a move or initiate a "more than friends" relationship.

Thanks
