Seduction needs a clear way to differentiate posts. It happens on any subreddit that gets popular and that's fine, it's great to have numbers.

The bad side is that the subreddit can lose touch with what it was ultimately created for. This community is for helping each other. The issue is that when experienced users leave, it can sometimes result in the blind leading the blind.

I believe what Seduction needs is tags. Simple ways of identifying a post. I propose 3.

Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced

It can become frustrating when you've been part of the community for a long time to have to search through posts to find something relevant. I really enjoy posting and helping others, but ultimately everyone is here to improve. For that you need relevant material.

I'm not trying to split Seduction into classes. I think there's a very real threat of experienced users simply moving on. If you empower people to choose what they read it can only lead to a better, more relevant community.

I truly believe there's nothing worse than someone who's completely new to Seduction reading material aimed at people who've been reading into this for years. All you're going to do is over analyse everything. In exactly the same way if you're experienced there's nothing worse than reading about how to text game, handle shit tests and be confident 100 times a month.

If people aren't keen on this it's fine. I just really want to keep this community alive.

I suggest you read seddit sorted by New, so you see the freshest topics without influence by voting.

Note that there is a flair tag, "Comprehensive," but I don't often see any material to tag that way. I sometimes manually tag posts with "Theory" and these tend to be intermediate/advanced.

If you don't see any higher level material you like, please try to take some responsibility for that situation, and post some. seddit is what you make it, it doesn't just write itself. Someone with experience and judgment has to select a topic, write it up in a format suitable for seddit, and optimally, be available for followup discussion in comments. If you see good material in seddit, someone has gone to that trouble to post it. Please support them by replying and adding to the useful content of their post. A good post with good comments has a beneficial effect on seddit way counterbalancing a hundred crappy posts. Try it and see what happens.

Well you ought to see the stuff we remove, or ask the OP to repost in AskSeddit.

There are specific flair tags that can be assigned by moderators, but we currently don't have any beginner/intermediate/advanced tags. I think pretty much anything we tag other than FR is at least intermediate. I will redouble my effort to tag more material.

sedditors can feel free to identify their post at any level just by typing something in the Subject field. Some people already distinguish their posts as intermediate/advanced, just to distinguish them from lower level material.

I don't want to completely exclude beginners from seddit. Beginners often stick around and become experienced sedditors (that's where I came from). Sure, it can be tiresome seeing the same old questions over and over. That's partly what AskSeddit was intended to address. Moving basic questions over to AskSeddit will give post both there and in seddit more time on the front page, insuring more page views for everyone, and thus a better shot at good responses.

I want to reiterate a very important point:

A good seddit post will try to connect its ideas with theories and practices generally accepted by the seduction community. A bad seddit post will show that you have made no effort to investigate any of these baseline materials.

If you haven't read some of the sidebar material, or other materials well known to other (intermediate or higher) sedditors, your message probably will not connect with anyone who can give a decent response.
