U/HunterRave is right about finding what you like, but let me give you a couple starting points: first, don't go straight for the open mouth kiss. A lot of the girls I've been with aren't down with that right off the bat. Warm them up, maybe a soft, close mouth kiss and some arm/hair/face touching.
After the initial kiss, gently start with the tongue. Lick her lips- if she's into the kiss, she'll want more and open up. If not, you can play it off or move on to kissing her jaw/neck/whatever.
Learning to be a good kisser is really about learning what each girl does and doesn't like, so pay attention to the cues and you should be fine, dude.

Everyone likes different things from a kissing partner! I know this advice sucks but honestly you just have to do it to figure out what you like. The real trick is being adaptable. I think of every sexual situation like a challenge to figure out how to satisfy the other person. So try different stuff and see what works.
On the topic of how to get your first kiss... I'm not really sure but I'd say maybe ask a lady friend or somethings, so that the first girl you kiss isn't someone that you've never met before
Also this is kinda weird but I started practicing my kino on my guy friends. If you just get comfortable touching people and being touched, it'll make the awkwardness go away. Like obviously it wasn't the way I would touch a lady, but I'll just punctuate my jokes with touching, or put my arm around them occasionally or whatever. It makes them a little uncomfortable too but here getting used to it

You only live once dude. Go to a bar and try the numbers game. ..if you expect to fail with a bunch if women from the start it can be fun, and after enough tries you are sure to score something. Even if it's the ugliest chick in the bar, you gotta start somewhere. Then it's up from there
