Go back to basics. Practice what you know, and remember that each day you improve you are better than you were before, and closer to the goal of where you want to be.
Find your sticking points, practice them over and over until you have control over them, and move further.

Be patient.

You will get there in the end. Just keep on learning and practicing your skills. And have some god damn fun at the same time!

I used to be like this too. Apart from the cases that a specific event affects our mood, we can have at least some control over our feelings.

Try to rationalize your extreme opposite thoughts by repeating to yourself that you are worthy for a number of reasons. You are not untouchable, you are human, but a human with value regardless the temporary successes or disappointments.

Girls are very put off by lack of confidence so make sure if you feel like that fake it tiil you make it bro
