Hey guys, i have been into pickup for long time but I haven t implemented things i learned to pickup girls. I am 19 years old and i used seduction techniques to improve my life, looks, style and socially. i had been asocial gamer for long time.

I lost lots of friends since now, but when i discovered pickup i started making progress in my life about friends and improving self in lots of aspects. i gained friends that i daily hangout with.

But i struggle with anxiety, being confident in group of people, i get nervous and stressed around girls, i still lack some skills that pua guys dont. I would pickup if i lived in big city, i have some excuses but i will go into pickup, because i really want to get involved in it.
