STEP 1 * Learn basics: Approaching, opening, making 5-10 minutes conversation, asking for number, closing. * This step requires: Reading in internet, watching 2 - 3 youtube videos, watching 2 videos real pua guys picking up girls. You will do this step now, in day 1. Day 1 is now for you, it started whenever you entered my thread.

STEP 2 Building mindset<3 Your mindset will be set to this from now on: * Every girl appreciate a guy who approach them * Every girl like the guy who show interest to them * Every girl like attention * Every single person like to have conversation with other people * All people love talking * All people love hearing stories * All people go out to have fun so do you * All people need love, and want love in their life * You will do whatever you must in order to achieve what you want right now.

This step will be your everyday mindset, no matter what talk with anyone, before you go out talk with your mom/father/grandmom/grandad/friend/neighbor/etc. This step is also your day 1 quest, you learn this today and start applying to your rest of the life from now on. IMPORTANT: Forget all scenarios you make in your head, good or bad scenarios, this is waste of time, because all scenarios you build in your head are not real at all, not even 1 percent. They are only illusion you build by yourself because of stress or something, it is human nature, but now that you know it, you can stop that happening and act as you want.

STEP 3 This step is day 2 quest, in this step you go out of your house, you decide when in day time, you are going to daygame tomorrow. You will go to the center of your city, pick a spot rich with girls, start observing your environment, whenever you see a girl walking alone this is your target, no matter what you walk towards her, running to her is better option. Actually whenever you see your target, if she is far, start running in low tempo towards her. When you start getting near your target you will say hey stop wait, with sympathetic voice tone, facial expressions and manner. open to her, meet her, 5-10 min conversation, ask for number, close.

Remember this: you go out to improve every single day, approach as many chicks as possible, no matter what you will get better day by day, you will have good and bad days as always you had before, dont worry about confidence, looks, or other stuff, focus on bigger picture. By doing this you will have all understanding in your brain, and you will change yourself if you want or not, the key to change is here by doing only, you can't change then become pua, you do pua stuff and then you change.
