Got unmatched by a pretty hot girl on a dating app today after I sent an absolute stinker of a text (it was just me saying that i thought she was really attractive and if she wanted to hang out). Yeah I know, that's one of THE texts to never really send. But she was giving off one word answers and I thought, "fuck it, might as well try".
The thing is, I know that I was going to waste my time trying to even have a proper conversation with her and that I should have a little bit more respect for myself and know what I'm worth. Question is, how the heck do you have such a mindset of self-worth/knowing its time to move on from someone who is clearly not interested on dating apps? I typically don't get a lot of matches on dating apps, so its kind of difficult to judge who and when to not waste my efforts....
If this is related to self-image, I know. I don't think i'm unattractive, I've in-fact been told quite the opposite sometimes. I go to the gym, and am a BJJ blue belt, but I'm a skinny and lanky guy that really isn't very tall (169cm). I've tried to pack on the pounds but my stomach can't take the amount of food/caloric intake a day.
