So ive posted here before on diff things but there is still one thing i struggle with. My selfconfidence.

I live in a small town where everyone knows everyone. And we are a group of male friends who ofc has the alphas and betas. And im currently trying too form into a alpha. But one of my friends is a psychopat. He has beaten girls and still does it too a degree. (he iv obv a alpha in the pack) no one really likes him but i think everyone is scared of him too a certain point where he just gets too do what he wants too do. And he looks at me like a beta, weaker person etc. But im the only one that doesnt want too be around him. So its kinda hard too become a alpha when u dont really hang with the "squad" all the time. I also wanna beat the fuck outta him when i become stronger. (currently abit stronger then him, but he is a fucking psychopat) And in the childhood i was the gamer. Gaming wasnt acceptable in my town. So everyfucking girl here knows "im that guy" Any tips?

TDLR; "Friend" is a psychopat, hard too become Alpha/get more confidence?
