Hi there,

So I'm new to all this and from what I'm learning, sharing vulnerabilities is supposed to be OK. However, some girls react with "its ok don't put yourself down" after I share that I can be doing better with some of the goals that I am trying to attain.

I don't actually feel less of myself for not doing 100% on some of my goals but that is because I have so many goals I'm trying to get at the same time.

Examples of goals: I'm trying to get rid of social anxiety by making eye contact with women. Trying to improve my career. Learning about business. More gym performance. Diet Sleeping earlier. Less fapping. No smoking. Cleaning my room. Having fun on my own, grooming and self-care(health and hygiene), fashion, and more that I may not remember...

Point is I am trying to do all these things because I am enjoying all these things at the same time but when I share with another person that I can be doing better at "xyz" they tell me I not to put myself down even though I (think) I'm telling them with confidence.

Do you guys think that I may be expressing myself in a way that I am ashamed of this or is it okay for women to react in that way? How can I share a vulnerability without expressing shame that I don't think I have. Or should I not be sharing this?
