So to keep it short...

Saw a girl at Panera Bread (cashier). Gave me nice smiles (not the usual be friendly to customers smiles) while I ordered some food. Was with my parents, dreadfully. But I thought, cool, receptive enough for an approach. I knew however, that trying to talk to her while there were customers waiting and possibly her manager breathing down her back wasn't a good idea. So I sat and ate some food with my parents.

After about 15 minutes she sat down across from us, eating a Cookie. Probably on break or just ended her shift.

When my parents were ready to leave, I took their dishes and said I'm going to use the bathroom so I could approach her when they weren't around.

She ended up talking on her phone so I didn't know how to approach her without annoying her. So I did end up actually going to the bathroom to look up how to approach when a woman is on her phone. But when I got back to pretend that I forgot something and would actually cold approach her, she was gone.

So... I've had this problem before where the circumstances aren't ideal to cold approach a woman.

I think when I get most of the situations when it's not ideal to cold approach... I'll be successful when I encounter it again. Experience.

A little about me: I do have anxiety problems and I also consumed coffee about a couple hours before. I might be autistic so I'm kind of robotic when it comes to social situations. I am however confident in my image and personality but I just don't know what to do sometimes.
