It's an easy way to make yourself STAND OUT from the rest and, at least in my experience, exude a rather palpable amount of confidence. AND you can tack it onto something you're gonna do already!

It's simple; when you introduce yourself, say your full name. First and Last, maybe middle if

WHY DOES THIS WORK? Think about it, what kind of people do you usually hear referred to by their full name? Celebrities, Musicians, Writers. Saying your full name subtlety puts yourself in that same category.

Also, because 99% of people just give their first name, it instantly makes you stick out. It may even HYPNOTOAD @_@ her a little because it's so different than what everyone else is doing.

And more subjectively, I just feel much more confident when I give out my first name, it's like saying Damn right, no anonimity, here I am!
