No!...and if you have “known here for a long time” but still don’t know if she is a virgin, then she isn’t really your “girlfriend” either...take your time and wait for things to develop naturally, girls love to talk, if its important to her she will eventually tell you...in the meantime just enjoy spending time with her, life is short, and you will never relive this time again...

I haven’t seen her for a while but we still talk via social media.
It’s overall complicated. I think I’m a bit on edge about all this after I talked to her today and gave her the Valentine’s Day gift, thinking to myself that we’re a couple now.
Perhaps it’s my fault for being overzealous.

I would think so, women are not direct so if she was kind it doesn’t mean she was interested. I would just hold off, let her contact you. If she does, go s-l-o-w. Slower than you want. Give her time to come to you if she does at all. If she doesn’t, don’t chase her, it will only push her away.
