So I know this girl in my circle of friend I kinda like. We were friends and sometime we hangout out alone but I didn't try any escalation since she was in a relationship. I changed circle of friends ( not because of her, I just needed a change) and decided to next her, she repeatedly attempted to contact me but I would respond shortly and after hours because I was genuinely busy. So We haven't had any contact at all for around six months but I casually met her yesterday. I wonder is there any possibility I might have a chance with her now? Should I try to meet her and escalate? She didn't ever give me IOIs I don't think and she is in a ldr with a guy who she meet with like only once a year.
