There's this one girl in my class who seems to be very interested and is really touchy (keeps sitting next to me and is just generally excited to talk). The problem is that after talking/flirting to her in class I asked if she wanted to work on an assignment together. She said she was busy with another class so the other day I once again asked if she wanted to meetup to work on the final and she basically sidestepped the question. However within that period and after asking both times she keeps on doing what she's been doing and I'm wondering if I should just move on which seems to be the best course of action at this moment.
