The important question is whether the next text was something to reply to or not. Also, "What's up" is kinda generic and boring, and you risk ending up in the "dull, boring loser who I won't respond to"-category. If you really want her, give it one more shot and then move on if she doesn't respond. However, if it's been a week and you havent gotten a response I'd say your chances are pretty slim at this point.

Thanks I think I'm not gonna text her again and try to see what the vibe is next time I see her. For some odd reason your reply gave me peace of mind.

Don't really listen to the advice of "moving on". waiting till you see the person in a scenario like this is always the best move. (that being said still talk to other girls) Something like this happened to me just today actually. I was feeling super good at the gym and i ran into a girl who had seemed disinterested before. Today she was super interested and wanted to hangout outside the gym.
