Hey fam,

Long story short, this girl and I went on a date and it went great. Ended up making out and I slept over at her house, tho no sex (both too drunk & tired). After that I texted her a few days later but to no avail. After a week or so of not talking to her I texted her that I want to take her to dinner to that place I was telling her about earlier. She responded that she’s “so down” but has to see whether she will get out of work in time (some days she works till very late which I know). The day of the date I texted her asking whether we were still on and she gave a rather big answer on how she had to stay late to finish some project and apologized. I said no worries and that she should let me know a good time for her to reschedule. She said “I will, thank you for understanding. I’ve been crazy busy”. We haven’t talked since and it’s been almost a month. Now I get the impression that she probably was blowing me off, but considering her choice of words, such as “I’m so down”, the fact that she didn’t just one-text-response me, and that she was so apologetic, is throwing me off. Any ideas? I thought we had a great first date, my follow up text game was weak, and then when I asked her out again she said that. Now it’s been radio silence so long I don’t even know if it’s worth hitting her up again. Thoughts?
