One of things we, as humans, get caught up on is failure. No one wants to fail, or be embarrassed, or make an ass out of themselves. I'll be the first to admit I have a fear of failing. I've read enough on approach anxiety and not being outcome oriented that I'm sick of it. I'm tired of being told that it's better to try and fail, than to not try at all. So this is something new I'm trying, and I hope others can get something out of it too.

I want you to share a time when you failed, and then I want you to tell me why it didn't really matter after all.
