Look up some standup comedians on Amazon, Spotify, wherever. Check out their album track listings. The topic of each track, try to ramble about for as long as you can, no matter what it is, just try to keep it going. Try to make a comedy routine out of it, make up a story, anything that gets your mouth moving and without judging whatever you say. Don't skip a track. Also if you have roommates, neighbors, etc and want more privacy, you could just mouth it privately. I think it's important to at least mouth it.

This idea is similar to "The Setlist" on youtube by nerdist.

For example, Greg Giraldo:

  • You Got A.I.D.S. Yo
  • Handicapped Room
  • Energy Policy / Fat Kids
  • Old People / Race/Election
  • Divorce/Snacks / Kangaroo Fucking
  • Women / Old Drinking
  • Supreme Court Justice / Humbling Escort
  • Texting / Technology / Wall Punching
  • The Economy / Stem Cells and Jizz
  • Sleepy Rasta / Y as in Jello
  • Sports / China
  • Happy Birfday

Look at all those fun topics. Hope someone finds some use for this exercise!
