Simple question about smiling.

K so there's a face you have to learn which you should basically put on at all times. It's the "I find something really funny but nobody else gets it" face. It's kind of a smile but more of an overall aloofness. Ever run into someone that just seems happy to be alive? That's the attitude you want to project. Think of some dumb funny thing that happened or you saw on reddit or something, something that makes you chuckle but you can't really explain. Now you're making the face!

Now, when you walk by a girl, you should already be making that face. She looks up, sees you being all jovial, and that's when you flash her the smile. That's a different smile, that's a 'wow I can think of a bunch of things I would like to do to you' smile. It's not as creepy as it sounds! A bit of sly grin, and a lot of eyes, the 'I havent eaten in six days and you look like a steak' eyes. Don't beam at the girl like you're posing for a grade school photo! 'The smile' is all about subtlety.
