I play trivia on Tuesdays and recently we've had a new girl join our table. She asked what I do for work and instead of being honest

I made shit up on the spot.

Claimed to be a man in black (all black clothing) tasked with preventing illegal aliens from entering our planet without papers. Pulled a fake statute out of my ass to quote, whole nine yards.

She seemed entertained and didn't push to get a proper answer, so I just moved on.

Was also joking with a non-binary friend who asked if I wanted to stop climate change.

I responded that im pro climate change as it guarantees me a mad max style existence with a big block muscle car, guns and gasoline fumes to huff. Again: laughter and amusement without a push for a straight answer.

I might have better skills than I believe, I just need to dust them off
