Theres no shortcut to make approaching less painful and humiliating.

You are literally going to have to just forge on and keep doing it until you either move past the social anxiety, or become so numb to it that it doesnt matter anymore.

No its not going to be easy and yes you are going to have to do it a lot. Too much in fact. PUA's get a lot of flack with those "PUA cringe" and "PUA fail" videos on tiktok and Youtube. But even though they may look like tools, they have one advantage over many other men.

They are getting out there and trying it. They arent just staying inside and talking talking talking about it but not doing anything about it.

As I mentioned before, in Pickup and Seduction there is a lot of bark but very little bite.

You may look like a fool for those first few months or year. But you are actually taking action. Most men dont.

If your only moments of being social are when you cold approach, then you're putting way too much stress on yourself.

It's like if you wanted to be a singer, but the only time you practice is in front of an audience in an arena. You would shit the bed each time.

Like the other user said...you have to get in the habit of becoming social brick by brick. You don't have to be the life of the room, but just talk to people without any outcome in mind.

The more social you are, the more cold approach is just talking to any other person.

Bro don’t jump into some crazy YouTube highlight reel first

I used to walk around on the street for 5hrs and approach no one. Then I found out I should have warm up my social muscle before doing so , now I can do one proper approach since 2 weeks into it

Approach a girl and ask for direction ( Starbucks , train station etc )

Do it 3 times

Approach a girl ( standing easier ), then tell her “ excuse me, I know this is random, but I like your dress / you look great / your outfit is nice, have a good day ). basically you just give a compliment then walk away

Do it 3 times

Approach a girl , proceed the compliment then follow by “ what I notice about you is xxxxx” and see if the conversation flow, if yes then stay , if no then just say have a nice day and walk off

Stack up some small win first , big win on the way, let’s do it my friend
