He seddit, I've spent my entire life being an AFC. I've been reading seddit for a few weeks now, and yet I've still not had the courage to actually talk to random people. The concepts have helped me in conversation in general, but I still have a problem with just not knowing what to say.

The pickup scene appears to be fairly unknown in the UK, so yesterday I decided I'd go down to Greenwich and start chatting to a few people. I went there a few weeks back, and was astounded by all the HBs. London truly is a city full of babes.

After a night thinking about it, I've got a fairly good idea of a rough outline to use. I haven't done this before so I know it's probably a tad sketchy, all I ask is some advice to help things go a bit better.

I'm going to open with an opinion opener, "I'm meeting up with a friend from the Uni tonight, do you know anywhere cool to take them?". I can also throw in a false time constraint, saying I'm on the way to meet them. There's one of Londons most appraised comedy club not far from the Uni, so I'm hoping to transition to a normal conversation by talking about standup.

As far as appearance goes, I recently broke my foot, so I'm having to walk with a crutch. People seem unable to resist asking how injuries happened, so if she does I'm just going to say it was rough sex. I also have a fairly loud Ed Hardy cap that should work as a peacock without being too obvious. It also demonstrates wealth, one of the key points in Magic Bullets.

As for seduction, there's a place near the river that has an amazing view of Canary Wharf and the Uni buildings. Greenwich is a Uni town, so what subjects she's studying is probably going to come up. I'm going to claim to be studying Psychology (Not far from the truth, I was until I dropped out) I'm going to use a variation of the close described by Grimble at the start of The Game, where he brushes his finger across her face. I know using common material is frowned upon, but as I said, pickup is fairly unknown here in the UK.

This is all I can think of at the moment. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. I'll post a Field Report when I get back tonight.
